We are looking for assistance manager. This position is a Store Manager developmental role. Midas is committed to training our associates and promoting from within the organization.

Responsibilities:

As a Midas automotive assistance manager, you will help the manager to manage and direct all automotive and general service technicians in the operation of the shop, including:

Assist manager on Daily duties on shop Operation.
Following up with customers, services requested, estimated completion times etc.
Oversee technicians’ inspections.
Overall cleanliness and organization of the facility
Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

A minimum of 1 years of store or assistance manager experience
General automotive knowledge
Excellent customer service disposition
Good communication skills
Team building skills
Valid driver’s license

Compensation: $17.00 per hour
